- How long to tires last?
- Did you know? Tires have an expiration date! It is required by law that all tire manufacturers mould the manufacture date on the sidewall of every tire. Tires should be replaced 6 years after the manufacture date, regardless when you purchased the tires.
- How to check: on the side of your tire, look for the Department of Transportation or "DOT" number. The last 4 digits will be the week and year your tire was manufactured. This example shows the tires was manufactured the 10th week of 2016.
